[first claim rescinded] . . . to say that a humanoid form spaceship wouldn't seem to make a lot of sense. Spaceships are supposed to be shaped to function in their environment. Why would they be shaped similarly to a bipedal primate that evolved to live on the plains of Africa?

Umm the only mech in that movie that made it close to space was carried by an alien. And it almost broke when it hit the upper atmosphere..

Do certain Amarr ships count or does it have to be the shape of a whole person?

Because EVE is not Neon Genesis Evangelion ... or Transformers ... or Spaceballs ... or whichever sci-fi theme you want to see in it.

I hold the movie to be evidence of its suckiness, if you can supply anything that supports the theory that it has "good", Ill happily peer-review your findings

Also, no Bioware in my EvE either pls

It was fun. Do you expect your escapist silver-screen fiction to be a treatise on the human condition?

One of the most boring movies i've ever seen.

No I expect it to avoid dervative boring repetition that other things have done better and better characters than cookie-cutter all American ding-dangs from a director of that calibre

Not to mention more interesting designs for the robots

It actually made Cloverfield look competant.

Still, it wasnt Iron Sky. It did have that going for it.
