i'm kind of new to the test server.....but how long until the next mirror?

SiSi mirrors are done when they need to be. Usually they are performed in the first testing cycles of the expansions. You will likely see another mirror in about 5 months.

Mirror status:

When were the mirrors taken from TQ:
Singularity: October 15th, 2013
Duality: October 15th, 2013

They update the mirror whenever they feel it is right to do so, without any warning or heads up generally.(Since they might change their mind I'm guessing so they don't get your hopes up)
A mirror usually lasts anywhere between 2 months and 6 months(shortest and longest periods I have seen)
