VAERT's bylaws (see its official thread first post) explicitly forbid to take ISK out once it's gone in.

Therefore I am:

- Sending to VAERT a personal donation to pad the accrued ISK up so that VAERT's alt can accept a pending contract with 11 PLEXes

- Putting an additional, my own and newly donated 20B and not VAERT's ISK into VAERT BOOST.

Nope, CCP would rightly go with their "spirit of EULA" interpretation and still punish the trespassers. Because this is an official PLEX for good initiative born under the VAERT umbrella. VAERT is officially PLEX for good enough that has been featured by CCP CEO Hilmar during Fanfest 2011, how could be more official PLEX for good than that? Blink

It's quite correct that anyone caught scamming in relation to PLEX for GOOD will be dealt with to the full extent of our EULA and ToS.

That's a Good Thing.

I am keeping records of every donation I detect (I check about daily) on my main VAERT thread.

When the time to deliver the PLEXes will come, if there will be discrepancies I will put my own ISK to fix possible holes.

They could mainly happen because it's quite hard to detail Net Asset Values with PLEX being a constantly price changing commodity.

A little question if I may ask: on the Dev Blog it's stated the charity drive will end on Saturday, December 7th, 2013.

Does it mean it ends at midnight EvE time of Saturday, December 7th, 2013? Or which hour? I am asking because I want to keep the donations open as much as possible but then I will need many hours to prepare everything for the contracts and send all. I have to liquidate ships and other conrtracted stuff, I really need an official ending hour.

If people believe VV is scamming here, don't post here, just petition it. (I do not for a second believe this will be the case).

CCP will likely be having GMs audit Chribba and VV over their charity collections anyway.

There won't be any high profile PLEX for Good scams although it would not surprise me to see a few low profile ones.
