Very simply, take an Epithal. And don't do anything to it.

No, seriously-- cargo expanders don't influence the specialty cargo bays, so the only variable you can change is travel time. Unless you expect to run into gankers, the best option is to pack it with your preference in agility-enhancing or warp speed-enhancing equipment, so that it can align/warp more effectively.

Admittedly, this is for servicing existing PI installations; if you're setting up new ones, take your preferred hauler with at least 6k m^3 of cargo space et voila.

That is simple. I didn't realize that there is a specialized PI industrial ship. Thanks for the tip.

I have found that hauler fits are pretty standard unless one goes crazy with things like mining in one or what not. Saw a kill mail with that once. But I will definitely keep in mind fitting for warping is best for PI, especially with the Epithal.
