Fix: 1.0.6 Downloading Issue

If you are experiencing difficulties downloading the 1.0.6 patch from the launcher, or also experiencing an issue while running the exefile.exe, attempt to resolve your issue by launching the exefile.exe as administrator and download that way. That was the only way I was capable of downloading the patch.

Treid to run as admin. Get this error:

There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:

Unable to download file /590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe from the server.
Error: [Errno socket error] [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond: 'connect operation system fail'

I have a couple friends having the exact same issue currently, I'm attempting to locate the .patch file for the 1.0.6 patch so I can host and share. Give me a few.

Also, did you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bin and run the exefile as administration?
