You may GTFO, highsec carebear pwner and pod killer (534 capsules, 159 industrials, and 221 barges - and this guy thinks much of himself, lol). Catching bs with a bs while there are much more suited ships - it's lame. Obviously you don't roam in low or null in a bs solo. 90-95% of your latest kills for almost half a year - are in highsec. I even suspect that >65% of all your kills in highsec.
Your character was created in 2003, playing 10 years I would've spent the time in much more varied ways than just being a (mostly) carebear hunter, honestly you don't have much to be proud of. No real reason to snoot.

Highsec kills within Factionnal is not that easy... not really a griefer.

Edit: all the targets are enrolled in FW as well, so valid target. Anyone killed missionning during a wardec deserved to die.

I don't see the sense in having the order of the characters in the character selection screen change related to what character was loged in last.

It would be much easier to have then retain their order.

I have already posted this in other threads, just a minor set of notes about some small changes that I think should have been made to ISIS during testing, beyond which I see no issues. Big fan of it in general.

1. You need a "stealth" tag, otherwise some key information, necessary for new players, is notably absent. Why fly a Viator over an Occator? What makes SBs or Cov Ops interesting? etc.

2. The "Capital Industrial" group has no tags, even though the Roroqual does. This is not an issue for the Orca.

3. The Angel Cartel shipline is described as using both Armor Tank and Shield Tank, but on an individual, the dramiel, cynabal and machariel are only tagged individually with shield and NOT armor.

Supercaps are described as being worth 0 isk, I think that this might be misleading to noobs, who are the chief audience afaik, perhaps you can easily implement some other way that this UI resolves "no data" for price info rather than 0 isk, but that might be a very small issue and one that is UI-wide, so w/e.

5. Not necessary, but an improvement would be a tag for "resistant to warp inhibition." This would be very helpful to new players for seeing why certain hulls are desirable or interesting.

Otherwise ISIS is very good, great job, fun for old players to ogle, helpful for new players to get a sense of things.

This may not be the correct place to bring this up (Devs feel free to move it if necessary) but in my opinion the "Ghost Sites are a little too rare, tomorrow will be 10 days since rubicon deployment and i've only seen one. I don't know what other players think but i've ranged out to low sec gates for hours and still nothing, If they're gonna be that scarce i'd be better off mining and paying the outrageous prices waunted for the implants or bpc's, stand a better chance of getting one that way. We need more than one site per day or week, please think about it.

After having launcher issues (and before reading this topic, sadly) i de-installed EVE, hoping to do a clean re-install. But the normal installer doesn't work ("Target payload not found") and manually downloading the payloads doesn't work either. After clicking the link to download it just endlessly seems to be waiting for a server response.

While I am all for the faster smaller ships, the increase of flight time on the larger ships sucks.

"What did you do tonight during your game time?"

"I flew my freighter"

"What else?"

"Nothing. I ran out of time and had to log."

Can we please get these ships back to something closer to what they were before?

Algos Mastery I because I don't have ECM drones trained up... Makes perfect sense, everyone using the Algos throws out 5 ECM drones and shoots the enemy with hybrids you don't get any bonus for.

You should've started with this instead of going personal.
Why should this ship be cheaper? I'm not interested in FW, but a T3 would go perfectly, some other cruisers and bcs. Obviously I'm not gonna join FW just to prove something on the forum (or just to get a ship), it's not so important to me.
I have nothing against BSvsBS, I just said that catching stuff with bs is unpractical: you said about catching a target with bs and it looked absurd to me to (still does). Catching things with bs totally solo with no tackler alts and no fleetmates on tackling ships, for the lone purpose of "cleanly" soloing in bs.. it can be meaningful only for very big fans of such pvp. Tackler role doesn't suit bs-s.

Back to the topic: I agree that deceleration part of warp is too slow for bs. It's irritating and looks stupid. See this post https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3913343#post3913343

I'm not the one talking down to someone. Emm, from your point of view, you with your KB stats shouldn't interfere at all, go kill 200 more retrievers.
Though, I'm not a KB fan (I like getting more and more kills, but that bare numbers don't mean much to me), I don't really care about someones KB stats if his words make or don't make sense to me.

The new ship speeds are rediculously unfun. The bigger ships allready felt slow enough to align and warp imo. It's just the small ships that needed a little boost on acceleration and deceleration. All the rest should have been kept as was.

Now even cruisers make me want to punch babies in the face when I have to do more than 3jumps. I haven't taken out a bs or bc much since rubicon since it's simply not fun to move it around.

Align times we can fix by having travel modules fit but for warp speed there's only rigs that nobody is going to constantly destroy just to travel. Once again you added a mechanic into the game that could have been fun but you didn't implement it completely enough.

Start making a damned game of EVE instead of making it more and more a desktop background that just sits there and doesn't require user input.

You can't blame the warp speed changes for that. From Dev blog:
Quote:
The current design has the fulcrum set on T1 cruisers. If you're flying a T1 cruiser with no modifications to your warp speed then you will not notice any difference warping in Rubicon. Every ship that warps faster than a cruiser will see their acceleration increased (and therefore see significant reductions in overall time warping) and every ship larger than a cruiser will see their acceleration decreased (and therefore spend more time in warp).

Overall, 5/10.

Rebalancing, while necessary, does not an expansion make.

Tweaks and changes to existing game content, for example the changes to "warp speeds", can be done, and have been done, with a plethora of minor patches at any give DT. Again, does not an expansion make.

The change to POCO mechanics in Low and High, while substantial, still just a tweak of existing material when you get right down it.

New personal/mobile structures -- quite cool in and of themselves-- plus the new SOE ships, and the "ISIS" system -- these three items pretty much account for the 5/10 right there.

I really hope RUBICON coming out early was because CCP is needing more lead time for a very, VERY impressive SPRING expansion.

5/10.

I'll give 9/10

Everything included is pretty great stuff, create new gameplay and enrichen the meta, really the only minus comes from there not being that much stuff included.

Obviously there won't be another massive rebalancing shakeup like T1 frigs and cruisers (which has proven to be the best EVE Online expansion ever, yielding endless enjoyment), so the current and future ship rebalances don't have the same wow-effect and more flesh in the expansion is probably needed.

Currently the new character selection skill training bar shows time remaining to complete skill which is currently in training. This information is secondary and I would rather see the time to end of current skill training queue than single skill.

Without evemon I would go crazy logging to all those characters just to see if there is another skill in queue after current one finishes.

There was a reason why "time to end of queue" was in old character selection screen. Someone just didn't bother to wonder why?

Overall audio controls are still from stoneage;

- No quick neocom button to turn music on/off (people do use multible clients)
- No option to enable only mission musics
- No option to throttle the sound effect volume relationship with the camera distance from ships (some people never zoom close enough to hear the sound effects that are there now)
- No option to tune CQ flatscreen audio volume if using custom videos (with sound)

Roll through dozens of HS/LS and w-space connections daily.
Have never seen a Ghost site.
Not.
One.

Nevermind the fact that, judging from the screenshots I've seen of the scanner result showing a ghost site, they are nearly impossible to see in the scanner results window because they are:
1. the same color as everything else
2. listed as the same type as all other anomalies (the most common type of scanner result)
3. due to the poor UI design of the scanner result window seeing all of the content in that window would take up a very large portion of screen real estate

why on earth did you change drone grouping? I can't put two different drones in a group - what the hell is the point then of a group at all? I go to organize my new drones and frankly there's no longer any point. So I have to go through and pick out which ones I want to go do their thing, out of a fairly large list, and with not enough shortcuts as it is. It's just cumbersome.

On the New Asset Search feature... SERIOUSLY? i need to remember/type commands to do a query? How difficult would it be to add a "advanced find" button that would create a drop-down that allows for some pre-set filters?? I mean i'm all for making eve MORE complicated but this is a little lazy guys!

After some time of experience, EPIC patch CCP! Second fail in a raw..

Ceptors are there before they push warp. There is really no way to escape.

All eve is playing with ceptors.

It will be really funny that we will see you NERF them soon.

Also, 40 seconds reload time in rapid missiles with 19 salvos is fail.
