PFA03 BOND // 25b at 2% // ~200 BS collateral secured by Grendell - Bond filled

Hi - time for another bond.

I'm looking to free some ISK, for being able to give a helping hand towards the "PLEX for Good" drive.
I'll be looking for a loan of 25b ISK with ~200 BS as collateral.

Given the urgent natur of this bond, I'm hoping for some quick investors, and response from Grendell. Talked to Chribba, and he is unavaible currently due to his trip down under.

Hope that Grendell will post in this thread to prove his involvement - and later as prof of receiving the collateral (If and when he accepts)

Meanwhile I will be try to find some investors.




The fine print :

Amounts need to be in full billions.
Interest will be 20m per billion per full month
(For easier accounting)

In the event of a default, or lack of collateral, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point it's possible. Any ISK after the liquidation will be taken be Grendell as extra payment. investors will get priority by time of investment, if need be

The total bond size will be 25b isk.
No fixed duration.
Cash out requests requires ten days notice.
Periodically the bond will be lowered as I will buys back parts of the bond from investors.
- If so, the interest payout will be for the full month for any started month.

Collateral in my possession. I can fill anything left over.

Once I have PFA confirm the details of the collateral holding by eve-mail, I can get everyone to start sending isk to me.
