To be honest, Titans should have as much to do with colonization as any other dedicated warship: Absolutely nothing. If I play along with your mad idea, maybe CCP could make a new dedicated ship, maybe even as large as a capital, to do this ****.

Caldari-Command:
"Captain, you have orders to colonize J34232 III!"

Ten minutes later...

Caldarian Captain:
"Sir, did you order me to colonize or to vaporize?"

Caldari-Command:
"To colonize of course!"

Caldarian Captain:
"Oops!"

For a titan to be useful in wormhole space in any setup. You would have to bring back blap/track titans. You would have to completely change the role of the titan. Because outside of DDing your enemies capitals. It will be utterly useless.

Though, it would be entertaining seeing people try to use glass cannon titans for sites in wormholes. Go in ,bubble, cloak. Wait 30 seconds, bubble, cloak. Wait 30 seconds bubble cloak. And just repeat til the sleepers kill it or a backup fleet comes to save the titan from your loan dictor.

why all that idea bashing?

with all that CCP space elevator and planet stuff supposed to coming up terraforming in general (or in wh's specifical) sounds like a idea with potential to be fun.

why would you build stargates if you havn't even colonized all suitable planets in your reach?
i think ccp should incorperate terraforing in their long time space colonization theme.

Correct me if i`m wrong but from eve lore aren't titans to dangerous to be around planets cause i remember reading somewhere when they jumped the titan in to orbit catastrophic evens started to happen on the planet below?
