I killed a trophy once.

Bastard put up quite a fight.

I love small ship combat. Flying frigates in low sec really keeps you on your toes, keeps you alert. You slip up once, and it's all over. Went out in my new Jag just the other day and found a 'Cane and a Naga ratting in a belt. I landed on the 'Cane and tackled, but the Naga wasn't there, but it had to be close. It landed about 70km away and I actually panicked a bit... I was in intel going "HALP NOAW GAIS!!!"

The only response was, "Man, no one's near you. If you're going to fight solo, you're going to die solo"

I didn't, though.... I killed the cane, but before I did I realised, I wanted to kill the cane, and I wanted to kill the naga too, and I'd calmed. I was thinking... but I wasn't thinking. More like I was reacting to instinct. So I'd already decided to overload my afterburner and go after it as soon as the cane died. Unfortunately, at 70km range, the Naga was in warp as the cane was dying, before I'd even turned my Jag towards it.


I gotta remember to fraps this ****, I keep forgetting. Heat of the moment, you know.
