Please do not compensate us. The fact that you care enough to fix something is compensation enough. Plenty of MMO, browser game, and FB app developers just let their games stay glitchy and unplayable, and zero damns are given whilst players jump ship in droves.
CCP doesn't do that. CCP attacks the problem and keeps us informed. That is all the compensation we need. The Gimmie-Gimmies aren't important.... they will eventually ragequit, anyway. The sooner the better. Replace them with awesome noobs that don't mind PvP.


This!! Yes, we pay for a game, some pay through enough isk to afford PLEX and get time that way. CCP never promised 100% uptime. Just like any ISP, they have a clause in there stating it cannot be guaranteed, you should have known this when you paid. Argue all that you want that without the payments they wouldn't be able to stay in business but the fact remains, they offer the service and you CHOSE to sign up.

I'm happy CCP actually announces what is happening. I've played too many games where servers just go down and nothing is known for 3-4 days why. Good on CCP to at least keep it's players informed.



This kind of stuff wasn't as widespread when EVE had a 1 hour daily DT. I knew there was a reason I was so against going to a <30 min DT. We should be 23/7, again.

I should think most people would undercut the prices, if they didn't they wouldn't sell much. I bet you do it yourself.

I feel I should apologise. I was upset because the lvl2 distribution agent I was poking in lowsec was giving such ridiculously poor isk and LP payouts, so I farted in the servers' general direction.

It would appear this was a grave mistake on my part.

Fixed that for ya....i don't believe for a second, that after missing three 'deadlines' in a row they will be on the time for this one...
