Launcher shows status online, 21k online. Run game and it shows Connection Failed.

Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong.

With:

Server Tranquility
Status: Unknown

Every damn time there's a minor patch, it transforms in a major ****. Last time, after a ton of text here, and also after a convo with a GM, i needed to reinstall the game to make shitlauncher work. Do you guys consider it Ok? Fair? Proffesional? Performant? PS. Don't bother: repair does not work.
