The issues were discovered to be hardware related, and as such we must extend the downtime by 1.5 hours to 18:00 UTC.

just great ~ how about giving up some ISK or Skill point's for our trouble ~ for having to deal with 2 shut down's within 1 hr of each other

Was going so say that if it's power related then CCP might not be able to do much... unless they moved their servers from London to Zimbabwe! Blink

Came home after day working, sat down behind my desk facing my screen.
Hoping to play some EVE. 15:15 UTC some damn emergency reboot ruined 20 minutes, 16:19 UTC "4" minutes more would ruin it, finally I read a message telling me it will be 1.5 hours >:(

UPDATE 16:30 UTC: After investigating, our operations team has determined that the cause of the issue is hardware related. We must extend the emergency downtime by one and a half hour, to 18:00 UTC due to this.

Cool. I got stuff to do irl and EVE was messing with my schedule, thank you CCP.
