all countries are down...its a server issue with ccp is my guess...

remember last time and they posted pics of the server that caught on fire...

Perhaps you are being hacked? Better have CCP Guard standing by with his Rifter USB hub to fend off any NPC pirate USB hubs that might spawn and try to blow up your nodes...
