Can anyone enlighten me as to an elaboration on Stacking Penalties and how to understand their affects / see if there are any. For example, I would like to stack 2 Medium Shield Extender 1's together but don't see how this could penalize me. It doesn't say so in the description but I hear that is not always a means of knowing whether or not there is a penalty. Any and all information about this that could help me understand would be appreciated. Pirate

if it doesnt say it in description then it doesnt stack.
