Trillion ISK to get matched for PLEX for Good - 2T in total! - Closed

So I have 12 plexes that I bought a few days ago to donate.

If I donate these to you i.e. this drive, you'll match this donation with 12 plexes? Or will you estimate the ISK value of these plexes and match that value in ISK?
If you want to do it in PLEX that can be arrenged and the PLEX would be valued on the price of one at the time of contract acception (imagining that you'd donate isk and I would have bought them myself right at that moment).

That is if you want them to get matched that is, as you could donate the PLEX directly to CCP if you don't want it matched.

I will not reveal everything to avoid just as you said, jacking up the price, but some will be bought later, some rather large stacks of plex are already aquired before this was announced and parts will be bought privately from big "sellers" that are generally lower than market.

I wish you hadn't declined to host my charity event the first time and had responded to my second mail; I could have probably raised more isk for this event that way. As it stands, I've managed to sell most of my items anyways, but not anywhere close to the prices I could've with the endorsement you declined to give my items yet gave to others at the same time. However, I will most likely be contributing the isk/plex from my drive to this event as well regardless, as it makes much more sense to have it doubled than to not.

After some careful consideration, my Newbies for Good Raffle has been slightly modified to give the proceeds to this drive.

The only question I have is that in the initial post you mention the deadline being "run until December 7th along CCP's live stream." Does that mean all donations must be made before 1300 Eve Time (aka, 5am for me)? I'll alarm clock it if I have to, just wanting to make sure I'm not late to the game :)

Well not fully sure about that yet, my idea was to at some time during the day send the stuff to CCP in order for us to actually get to see Dolan get shot and whatnot - so this drive will most likely be closed before the stream ends, when exactly I am not sure but should hopefully be able to make a better judgement on ending time knowing where we are at closer to the weekend.

So 2332 Plex X $15 = $34980. Now that would be good. Saying that, looking at Chribbas tool, we aren't even at 4% of that yet.

The remaining 90b will be sent in 1-2 days and we will be at our 1 trillion isk mark. If it takes longer than 1-2 days I will front the isk so we can have the full amount ready!

I believe I can contribute two billion to this initiative, will confirm that when I get home tonight.

If I can't quite manage two billion I can certainly come close.

Also, can you set up a 'largest donors' section on the website, and a 'largest donors of the last 24 hours'? It is surprising how competitive EVE players can be over those things - look at the Minerbumping largest donation of the month board for an example of how well this works. And this is an even better cause than minerbumping.

Your mathematics are wrong. If you come to Dodixie, remind me to sell you bulk goods at a 'discount' via the contract interface sometime, I'll even donate my undisclosed math tuition fee to this charity drive.

It's 3333 under your assumptions, but don't forget the economic impact of buying over 3000 PLEX from the market. That will change prices, and so I feel 3200 is a better estimate. Unless Chribba has been able to get stockpiles of PLEX at significantly under market prices.

Let's try and stay on topic here gents. After it's all said and done Chribba can provide a summary of the isk given and the plex's purchased/sent to CCP.

Also, let's get this thing moving. 6 Days left and a ways to go still. We're near 40b donated now. I know we can do much better than that.
