PO2 or all other way for save money but waste too much time deep enjoy EVE,the hardest is need lots of skills and waste time waiting for skills finish.

So ,there is an idea that pay PLEX/GTC/ or USD for buy skillspoint, It could be expensive,
One million skillspoint need pay for one PLEX

In fact ,I had deleted more than 5 charactor because of the name looks bad

No, pay to win is bad.

One Plex will get you right now 1296000 SP.

Over the course of 30 days.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

This is already possible.

Buy PLEX using real money, redeem them ingame and sell them on the market, then take your Isk to buy a character with what ever SP you want from the Character Bazaar.

Why? That will be a fast way to be a strong charactor

There is no fast way in Eve. Everything has to be slow and painful process filled with failures and dealing with consequences of making bad choices. And this is why we still play this terrible game.

If you don't want to wait for skills just buy character on bazaar, that is basically the only way of buying skill points players accept because as most of things in Eve it is a branch of player driven economy. Characters are not created out of thin air, somebody had to take time and money investment and train character for you to buy.

that is exactly why this is a terrible idea

If you want instant gratification and a quick strong character, WoW is >>>>>> that way.

This game is all about economy, the value of characters is part of that. I have a 140 million SP character. Thats fairly uncommon as it stands because it takes several years of training to get that many SP, but if you could just buy a character and have it made for you with a certain amount of SP it would make my character worth less.

There's a point to having at least one core part of Eve not defined by the player's credit card. The only thing preventing Eve from being pay-to-win already is the fact that skill points are more defining than ISK.

It's honestly hard to ask for a more damaging change to the game.

Though I don't generally agree with you, this time I absolutely do.

#18, the entire premise of EVE is character development. It should take months to train up your skills to fly certain ships, and that'll also give you the time to learn to fly that ship as you should, piloting- and tactics-wise. Making the game pay-to-win would only alienate the existing dedicated player base, and turn it into another WoW-clone, something CCP will never allow to happen.

And anyway, SP do not make the character "strong", real-life knowledge does. In fact, it is possible for my 15 million SP character to defeat Sigras's 140 million SP one, provided that I know what I'm doing and prepare my ship for the singular purpose of defeating his (although maybe not with my skills, since I'm more logistics and industry-inclined, but the 15-mil VS 140-mil example could still stand with other distributions).
