anyone else get this problem. Every once and a while when you come out of warp the transparent warp effect becomes solid for 1-2 seconds and all you can see is the warp effect and nothing else? At least once i had the warp effect on the screen 5 seconds after comming out of warp where i could see nothing.

Does it happen after you've warped through a planet in your warp vector? That happens to me every now and then. Definitely a glitch. Submit a bug report for it. Try to take a screenshot of it, too.

I just submitted a report for it. ID is 119442.

Here's a screenshot of it. (Clicky)

You'll notice it's the through-planet effect, but it pops up at the end of a warp vector for a couple of seconds when it shouldn't.

Its intentional, what you are seeing is your ship warping through a planet Blink

If it's popping up at the end of a warp vector when I'm not anywhere near a planet, then it isn't intentional. I know that the effect is used for warping through planets, but in this case, after warping through a planet and being in open space, the effect will suddenly appear for a couple seconds. It's very weird and jarring.

Mine's also still warping sideways sometimes. Not sure how to reproduce it.

Yeh it's been happening on tranquility for quite a while too. Randomly your ship just goes sideways ha.

Hopefully they fix it.

Yes I've had it happen too a couple of times, definitely not a planet as it appears just as you come out of warp when the stargate (In my case) is right in front of you. I'd say it triggered at the same time as those random sounds that used to happen as you came out of warp, if anyone remembers those on sisi a little while back.

Should try to report which system, which warp, this happens to you if it occurs again.

I also noticed that this also pops up at the start of a warp vector for a split second way before you'll warp through a planet. It's almost as if the client quickly loads the effect in anticipation.
