Good morning,

I have a friend on a trial account on a windows 8 64 bit laptop. He was play fine before downloading the Rubicon patch, but now the client crashes after character selection but before loading the captains quarters. The CCP.exe file seems to be the problem
We have tried repairing the client as well as uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Bump
