As the title suggests, I'm getting a black screen on log in and nothing else happens.

I ran the repair tool and received this error once it finished.

DBRunRecoveryError: (-30974, 'DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery -- PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery')

I'm assuming I need to reinstall due to corrupted database? My PC crashed during a patch, so this must've done it.

I discourage running with scissors.
