im getting no response from bugreports, or feedback that it even got delivered!

I sent like 6-8 reports.

The new bug reporting system that they use doesn't allow for correspondence like the old one did.

As for ingame, once the "Sending Bug Report" bar fills and the window disappears, you just have to take that to mean it's been sent.

Yeah, as Alvatore DiMarco wrote: The new bug reporting system does not yet allow to respond to bug reports. We are missing this feature a lot and it is on the backlog for our web team.

As I had a few minutes of time: I had a short look over your bug reports and I found 16 reports from you, which were sent through the new system. 9 of these reports were linked to internal defects, but I'm not able to say without further digging how many were the first reports about these bugs (but you were the only reporter for at least one fixed bug). Four reports were closed as either "known issue" or "not reproducible" and three reports are not processed yet. This is a pretty good result. Thanks for helping!

Oh, we are supposed to get feedback on BR's?

That'd be nice.

Good job, rolling out a "new" system that's inferior to the previous one.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

They wrote a devblog or two about the new system and from a "getting things fixed" standpoint it's apparently very superior to the old one. It just happens that the ability to do correspondence wasn't a feature. So they're going to add it.

*snip*

Yes, as this is for sure way better than having no bug reporting system at all (we had to shut down the old one). Blink
