Atmospheric Flight Demo

I've been back in eve for a few months now after 4/5 year break. When I first heard about PI this was what I thought it would be, I was...slighty disappointed, as you can imagine. So, what happened to this tech CCP? Could we see it in the future?

Thats a possible another 2-4 years down the road.

To satisify your current needs though Dust 514 has atmospheric vechiles you can fly around and bombard the hell out of the tanks with.

Dust 514 isn't REALLY Eve though is it, by the time Dust is out the PS3 will be replaced and no one will play Dust, rendering it useless in Eve.

Everything I've heard was that it was just a joke that a dev put up, they never really intended on doing it. DUST has your atmo-flight...

Earth and Beyond has Atmospheric Flight. It is pretty win.

It's also be rumored that CCP has made a deal with Sony to port everything over to the PS4 so that someone can upgrade without skipping a beat.

All of the PSN will be backward compatible or something like that.

Dude... I have talked to alot of console players who play FPS and a game like this is something they been WAITING for, fights to have meaning is the biggest reason why. Why fight the same map over and over again to no effect when you can be fighting for something that change everything.

MAG Players are already lined up for this. Thats about a dozen thousand players right there.

Also its Eve enough when Dust 514 players are subject to all the sheanigans an eve online coproation can suffer. Reqruit one bad liuetenant and youll wind up with empty armories.

Also despite the effects of the either game being interdependent of each other it doesnt mean that 0.0 players who'd want to take full advantage would appreciate dust players nuking the hell out of thier ships as they fly by to pick up thier PI stuff.

When it fails Nova Fox I will send you a letter telling you why or wait I tell you WHY DUST 514 will FAIL...

FPS players WANT FUN NOW.. NOT WAIT, WAIT SOME MORE, WAIT EVEN MORE, OKEY NOW we can finaly after 3 days go fight over that planet... It has so much fail written all over it its just sad... GAME OVER CCP..

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.
