Battleships???

Have battleships become obsolete? Apart from pve I dont see them get frontlined that often. And now that the patch was introduced, some of the more expensive vessels will be rendered useless...

Personally, I can fly all battleships, and so far I lost every fight. 2 months back, was using a nanopest with great effect, now I cant hit jack ****... Used a domi or geddon for low sec, now Im getting creamed by stuff which people did not even use for pvp.... :)

Mallers were great tanks, but now they can also deliver pain.... Vexors were used for mining and lvl 2 missions, now they rip other stuff to shreds... Caldari are crap as always...

Did I miss something?

Try flying with friends. Battleships are still king of the hill when not counting T3 fleets. Problem is that people tend to run when you make a battleship fleet. Bhaalgorn, Abaddon and Armageddon are definately here to stay!

Absolutely! Although I can't help but feel that Bhaalgorn has lost much of its appeal since the Armageddon was re-worked. Sad, really.

I'm loving Battleships at the moment. I think my last four or five kills were in Battleships.

Neut gheddon is king, followed closely by sentry domi. Battleships with some support are great.

**** YEA!!!

On a more serious note...BS's are one my favorite ships to fly among the stars with. Very skill intensive but under the right circumstances is unmatched in its capabilities.

Domi fleets are still quite the rage for large engagements.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.

Yes, I have never seen fleets of Mega's, Typhoons, Maelstroms, Apcos, Navy Apoc's, Navy Ravens, Temptests in the last 6 weeks

What are you smoking? Look up solo pvp battleship on youtube alone there are many. Also the tons of raven, mega fleets always going out dude really? We just had a rebalance that gave Bs new life where you been?

The other day I saw a player in a battleship SOLO a **** ton of ships and murder them all. Granted it was a mega, but still if that says anything, a ship in the right hands, no mater what it is, can be very deadly.
