Once a Surrender is accepted your still at war for 24 hours.

There is nothing like waking up in your targets system.... see a hulk undock with you and then warping to the belt he warped to where another hulk and an Orca await the bellowing guns of a Vindicator.

I first met Kane when he decced my corp. We didn't stand a chance but had fun trying to outwit him. Nowadays, I just give him ships to continue his good work. I fully vouch for the effectiveness of Cannibal Kane. He could double his prices, and it would still be a bargain.
