Nullsec Rogue drone anoms

Heyo! Just putting this up to get your opinion as to what ships accel best at Rogue drone anoms in nullsec. It seems ships that can do solid EM damage from a good distance along with a good tank that can handle all types of damage seems optimal. I already have a couple ships fit and doing these anoms but I really just want to know what other pilots like to use thanksPirate

Seriously though drone lands kinda suck. I know from experience it sucka really sucks compared to other space. If you must live there go lasers or em cruise raven or curator domi.

Curator carrier is also nice, as are tach Paladin / NM.

Cap stable 540dps tank with two rr's running. 800+ tank for over 3 mins. Each has 800dps out to 76km optimal.

Warp to Sanctum at 70km and commence pew. Warp to 50km after you've got a feel for the fit.

You can get 20-25m ticks for each boat, so 100m an hour is normal, more if you get a faction spawn.

I no longer live out there because it's the single most boring and unprofitable place to live in New Eden.

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

paladin. because warping into the middle of a swarm of angry bs and laughing as they try and kill you while going nuts with conflag pulse should amuse you untill the fact that you are ratting in drone space finally catches up with you and you move to real space.

Rail proteus fit correctly does 1000 dps and 800 dps tank, combine that tank with its sig and they just tickle you alittle while you face **** them. hmu if you want the fit. Id post it but CCP might nerf it then lol.

I was living in drone space for almost a year (after the alloy removal). Was ratting in a sentry carrier, getting 35-40mil ticks with plain t2 fit in a fully insured ship.

So easily above 100mil/h. Outside of drone space my ticks drppoed to ~30 mil. Drone anoms are much juicier then other pirates. Just their complexes suck.

i would say that your ticks dropped after nerf to forsaken hub and other changes to nullsec anoms, and not by difference in drone/not-drone rats

The general idea is good.

This fit needs more drone range, though. Aim for 100-160km engagement range using curator as primary drone. Math:
Garde 800dps to ~50% avg. resist
Curator 650dps to ~40% avg. resist
Curator wins, and has the bonus of more range. This is for drone hordes where high end BS have better resists.

You have the option of going 100km gardes using drone scope rigs that are not stack penalized with omnidirs, but realistically curators are simply good and the 100km warp in makes tanking trivial. For best isk/h the domis can solo their individual sites, reducing overkill times on drone lock / warping around. In addition, you can opt for 5 drone damage mods for 666dps gardes when you are comfy or equipped with mobile depots.

Nope, i never did forsaken Hubs i always went for sanctums/heavens. I did forsaken Hubs before i moved to drone space, the non-drone anomalies are less juicy.
And besides that, drones die faster, because of close to none selrep, saving one or two volleys per rat with the same bounty on them.

(mne still has large Rigs so they were cheaper)
That the fit i used, warped in drone hordes on zero, spit sentrys in two groups, splitting fire for cruisers and frigates, focusing BS and Elite-cruisers. For targets above 50km use Curator below that Garde.
-> 35-40 Mil/tick

even with warpspeed changes, if you have a scout in the system next door and pull drones/initiate warp when hostiles enter the next door system u usually are in warp the moment they enter your system, so not more risk then with a subcap.
