Probably just chat it up or use Teamspeak. EVE without out-of-game applications is awful.

You can chat with people without necessarily having to log in.

Why don't you ask these questions in one of the in-game help channels, or, if you feel they must be documented and preserved for all eternity, use the proper forum to make your numerous threads?
