Easy come easy go. Hopefully you learned a lesson about 'bigger is not better' and the importance of research in eve.

Or a good troll. Either way, well done.

Ivy, assuming you are not a troll, I would encourage you to join one of the new-player-friendly corporations such as Eve University, RvB, or Brave Noobies. There are good people in those corps that will help you learn the game.

Regardless, thanks for providing us with some amusement. Best of luck to you.

I second this - Ivy, whatever else might have happened, it's clear that you have a good sense of humor. I highly encourage you to apply to EVE University where we can teach you all about EVE, even up to and including how to fly capital ships like this one when you're ready. :)

I do fully agree with how you take the loss. A +1 on the attitude.

If only ALL pilots in EVE would react like you do to a loss, it would make EVE so much more happy (no more tear-threads about own mistakes).

"covert" recruitment isn't allowed either.

OP success then.

Well, it did not have a fit so don´t think it will be insured, if he did then the lose is not so big.

But,
Thats what you get if ppl dont leave the NPC corp´s and don´t learn the game.
For all the noobies out there, join EVE-U or Brave Newbies.

And learn the game, There are some more good corp for learning the game but yeah.
One thing is for sure you are EVE famous now. :P

About two days ago I think now, I tried going after a Moros with my Ishkur. No, not solo, I just wanted to whore on the KM a bit. I had mates with the necessary firepower to take it down. Unfortunately, he jumped before we got to him, but not before apologising for not letting us in on the Phoenix KM he'd just grabbed himself. That was the Phoenix of Ivy greene, and it's killer was razzukel certiko and his Moros alt, and I still remember his last words in local before leaving Kubinen...

"How did you guys find me? I didn't think anyone went to the sun."

Hopefully, you're in better hands with Brave Newbies, OP. Congrats on making it onto The Mittani.com. You know what they say, bad press is better than no press.

First need to learn how to fit (refering to the Raven loss)

Personally, I now have an example that SP dont mean much in relation to how good people are.

OP, hope you have fun in BNI.

Well, I have to say:

If you are a troll, then fair play to you. You made quite a cool story and thread, which costed you a lot. It was really entertaining to read this thread, so Thank you.

If you are not a troll and you for real lost so much and still have such a good attidute to the loss - fair play to you sir again. It was entertaining for us and experience for you. Remember - BAD experience is Experience too. ;)

You bought a cap without doing any bit of research on them...you did not deserve that ship and its best you lost it this soon.

And why oh why would a NPC dweller need a Phoenix any way. You do know they are fleet ships that require sub cap backup to survive.

I'll bet you a dread the toon was recently bought as well. No-1 hangs around for 2.5 years without picking up anything about caps or killmails for that matter...

3 notes on the reply:

1. Not bought. At least not officially as there is no post in the character bazaar of this character.
2. It is possible to stay 'dumb' for 2.5 years. By playing Log-in-2-set-skills Online or by playing this MMO solo for 2.5 years and only mine/mission.
3. If you looked at the killboard AND the date of joining you will see that the character joined after the Phoenix loss.
