Encryption Methods Skills, what is it, what it for?

the secret to eve is google.
Just because there is a show info option in eve does not really mean they are going to tell you much of anything
You've gotta search for it out of game.

Search for a module or ship blueprint on the market and show info. Look for the invention tab and there you should see a skill requirement drop down menu. Most of the blueprints can be copied and then using those copies you can invent the tech II variant blueprint copy. it's chance based and those skill are needed to do these inventions. Some can be done with lvl 1 while more advanced ships and modules will need higher skill points invested.
