This is an open sale, The toon can be moved to an NPC corp at any given second, I will not move it there if the bids dont get close to the B/o there, in all honesty, i couldnt give a ****

The character is maybe worth 12 bil due to the way the skills are layed out and you are not in compliance with all ccp rules so I expect this thread will be locked until you drop into an NPC corp.
