WTB Class 3 Wormhole with Static Highsec

I, on behalf of my corporation, would like to purchase a class 3 wormhole with a highsec static.

Required:
Good if not perfect pos fuel PI planets.
Highsec Static.
No Occupants.

A wh effect can be present too, but no wolf, or black hole.
Capital ships are allowed in sale, if they are either a chimera or rorqual.

If you want to set up a trade, we have a C3 Pulsar w/ lowsec static, that can be sold or traded, when we move out.

Asking price: idk, i bought my c3 for 300 million, so around there i guess.

I see your wh, but i would prefer to be able to make all POS fuels if possilbe.

Additionally for this supposed wh i am asking for, I have at least 500 million isk ready for a sale

i understand, but for 300mill this wh will more than pay for itself.

You cant make ice in a WH anyway so this would be your best option.

I have made billions.
I know it pays for itself
I stated that i wanted all PI fuels.
I dont care how great you think it it, or how dumb PI is
