Errr I just notice but for an R&D corp... uhh.. Viziam doesn't actually have any level 4 R&D Agents apparently per the Agent Finder.

Is this an oversight by chance?

Not really, some NPC corps bigger than others.

The "Zero-G Research Firm" doesn't have any R&D agents of any level. Neither does "Chemal Tech".

"Nefanter Miner Association" has two level 3 R&D agents but no others, "Thukker Mix" doesn't have any level 3 R&D agents, and "Khanid Innovation" has just two level 2 R&D agents and no others.

Uhhh I haven't even started doing R&D, I was actualyl going through a spreadsheet of agents and notice.
