Yes the preorder items will be available to everyone else in the future according to CCP. I don't see the sleeves as LP items, and think it would be equally odd to have them as loot drops so a gift makes the most sense since giving them out at an event in my opinion would be considered an exclusive, and not really "publicly available."

I actually like the idea since everyone would have the opportunity to get one regardless of income, and I feel that releasing a ton of them at once with no promise of more (like the red star shirts) instead of a steady ready availability works better for apparel items than ships like the Gnosis since sleeves are vanity items. I don't know if a random one or a selectable one is more likely though.

I actually like the selectable gift packages that CCP has given in the past, but at this point anything is a nice gesture. Things you can't just buy from Jita is also cool. Perhaps new versions of fireworks?

the new geno CA implants please to complete my set 800mil plus atm on the market is insane price to pay for them and since the other 2 were free xmas presents it makes sense

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats
