Combat log/War Report not showing a kill

Today myself and two other friends were hunting war targets. We found and attacked a Myrmidon. We saw his ship blow up, his pod warped away, and we looted his wreck. When we went to check our Combat Logs to see who got the final blow, and everyone in the group said they did not get the kill. I then checked the kill reports tab for our corp. No kill there either. I checked the War Report and nothing is showing on there either. I thought there may be a delay on our kill logs with so many people being online today, so I waited for a while.

Since the Myrmidon kill we have killed 2 other ships that have shown up instantly on our combat logs/kill reports. There is still no kill mail recorded for the Myrmidon several hours after the kill. We did not catch his pod so I unfortunately don't remember what time we killed the battlecruiser. I just know it was between 19:01(When we got the locate back) and 20:00 (Because we had to wait a little bit for him to finish a mission in Kerepa.) He was killed on the Kerepa gate in Assiad. It's not a huge kill by any means, but it would be nice to know what happened so it can be fixed before a really nice kill gets lost.

I had something similar, for a period of time, not a single one of my ingame kills was logged. It logs my first several, but then literally nothing for nearly a year...at which point i had reset my cache and it started pulling stuff again. (but never pulled any of the kills it missed) Though i think it may be happening again, so i'ma try another cache reset

The thing i find odd is that we have killed targets alone and it has recorded kills for each of us. I am guessing that specific person has an issue where when he gets killed none of his losses count. Wish i had that bug lol
