Loan Request . 4 billion isk. Short term (3-4 weeks)

My corp has hit a snag, and I need to purchase a JF ASAP.

In a perfect world, I'd pay for more for a unsecured loan, as my collateral would be my business assets. Can possibly use nullsec assets such as minerals as collateral.

I have no previous loan requests.

Black Frog Logistics specialize in providing jump freighter service to low sec and null-sec NPC space. I would think it would be cheaper going that route.

I've been barely scraping by using carrier for a while now, the corp and the business has just grow too big for carriers, and using black frog 4 or 5 times a week would not be practical either.

I can fill your loan, provided a trusted 3rd party (Grendell, Vaerah, Chribba, Darkness if he's still alive) can hold full collateral. oh and its not for free, please state return percentages etc.

What is an appropriate return on a 3 week loan? A rate with, and without collateral?

I was not aware people even did this until a friend pointed it out to me today, so I am not familiar with the standard rates.

With collateral, about 2-2.5%.

Without collateral nothing really as hopefully no one is going to fund an unsecured investment into a destroyable asset that will be regularly taken in harms way by someone who has said he doesn't have the funds to replace it if it is lost and who has no 'credit history'.

Its not that I do not have the funds, I do not have the liquid assets. I've got 40 billion in assets, but not much i can easily sell or use as collateral.

no collateral, no loan.
sorry, but eve is a nasty place and I don't know you.
if you can provide a full collateral in the form of assets or blueprints with a total value between 110-120% of the loan, I might consider it.

I was asking where to go for a loan.

I can provide collateral, but its in curse space, and is very high m3, so far people have wanted 150% + for collateral and ridiculous interest rates, apparently because its nullsec assets.

Is it in NPC null? If not then lenders have to factor in the fact that they can be shut out of the station. And even if it is then they would have to put a lot of risky effort in coming down to bring it to market (esp. if it is high volume stuff). You'll only get good rates for a collateralised loan if there will be no effort on the part of the lender if you default. And the people who have the isk to lend you will normally value their time quite highly, so if there is the risk of them having to spend hours liquidating the collateral in the event of default you will have to pay for that additional risk with a higher interest rate. If you move the collateral to highsec yourself, though, you will get a much better rate.

This is not for me then. My assets are vast quantities of minerals, would take many dozens of JF trips to get it to empire.

Thanks anyway guys.
Safe flying.

So your plan is to buy a JF and then spend a lot of time shipping minerals from null to high...

Nope, I build caps in null sec, among other things. I need more ability to deliver resources to curse, and more ability to take certain resources like ice back to empire. Im doing far to many damn carrier trips a week. I am full time student, and a JF will save me time, and double my profits at the same time.
