This feature would be awesome...make it happen CCP, what do I pay your for.

Why are you asking what do you pay their for? If you paid their for something, I'd think you'd know what you paid.

You pay a private company for game time. They use the money for lots of things. One of those things happens to be developing things for you. If I remember correctly the money that you gave them went to CCP people who moderate the forums.

Yes please! I was in a situation just the other day where I was thinking "what happened to that proposed bookmarks on overview feature".

I would like to have bookmarks show up as HUD icons, like other celestials/stations/etc

Not empty bumpin'.

Ranger1, I agree, a lot of people conflate 'proposed features' with 'promises'. The trouble is that CCP has had the bad habit of giving out a list of features in development early on, then some drop, then some more, then more still. What we end up with at the end, in the published expansion, seems like pretty thin gruel.

Crucible, on the other hand, is an expansion with excellent advertising. A couple of features haven't made the final cut (assault frigs being the one I can think of) but lots, and lots, and lots of stuff appears to be on Sisi right now, and even in functional, working condition.

Anyways...CCP Guard! I summon thee! Go fishing please! We hunger for updates!

It was pleasant thank you.

We are going to finish this feature and put it on TQ, the only question right now is "when".

I spoke to Team BFF who own this feature and as I suspected, an ETA is hard to get right now for the exact same reason that ETAs on other feature have been hard to come by in the last couple of weeks. You see....we're planning. BIG time! And we basically can't wait to tell you more about all that. But right now it's hard to give substantial information about specific features so I'm just gonna bite my tongue and keep you all in suspense for just a LITTLE while longer. Sorry about that :P

*bites tongue*

You guys say this ALL the time. It has yet to live up to the hype.

EDIT: 50% of the BIG things get pulled prior to patch. 30% make it ti Sisi, but not TQ. 15% make it to patch notes, but then get pushed off for unforeseen problems (eg this thread) never to be seen again. 5% make it to TQ bugged. Leaving us with maybe 10% of the original plan making it into the game. Not to mention the things that break as a result of that implementation.

Stop talking, start doing.

This. Well said. The list of 'promised vs. delivered features' is really, at this point, appalling. CCP could make entire expansions of the 'left on the drawing board features' that never made it in. Stuff that the playerbase was really, REALLY eager for (and some not so much, but still).

Also I'd like to re-iterate my position now, which I might just make into a sig, that the proposed null-sec revamp is fine, dandy, great, whatever. But within that re-vamp, low-sec should be included and have distinct characteristics/activities assigned as well. Otherwise it will be left as it currently is - a broken area of the game with the worst attributes of null-sec and high-sec combined.

I agree, and they should name the patch Crucible.
