Hey.
I'm looking at soloing relic and data sites in a C1 or C2 wh. I'm mainly minmatar based ships and was hoping u guys can post me some ships with fittings. I can fly a Loki but don't want to use this untill I get some good experience first. Any advise would also be good but ships and fittings is a must please.

Dude, I am presuming you have internet access. Lol

One word for you - GOOGLE!

Apart from that, the best advice is omnitank and play to your ships strengths. 
My missus thinks of EvE as 'the other woman'. :)

I have a good feeling about the Vargur.. nice, cheap and tanks well. Other than that, you are pretty screwed.

A Cyclone with omni tank should do you just fine. If you can fly any Caldari, a drake will work as well. Check on Battle Clinic for a fitting.

There is no need to be abusive OP. Your original question is asked in this forum so much, their is a sticky AT THE TOP of the forums with many of the answers you seek.

Also your post came across as someone who wanted the answers handed to them. Eve requires that a player be prepared to do some research.

I also DID give you some advice, Omnitank your ship and play to its strengths.

I hope to see you in wormhole space so I can teach you a few lessons personally......

Cyclone can work might have some trouble with the harder Data/Relics though.
Passive sheild hurricane also works.

It is rather overtanked. And grab a mobile depot, salvagers, tractors, data+relic analyzers, a probe launcher and a cloak. Afterwards, you still got 170m³ left for loot. It's obviously easier with a POS nearby, but refitting constantly works aswell.

The 2 end all ships for C1-C3 PvE:

C1/C2: Passive Drake
C3: Tengu (or a pair of Passive Drakes)

For a C1 you want a minimum of 200 dps and 200 dps tank.
C2, about 250/250.
