Well since yesterday it's possible to have a fair share of moon goo. You just need one of the new Siphons and deploy it next to a POS at a nice moon in low sec or null sec.

So much about the theory.

Luckily a member of Black Omega Security thought it would be fun to feed the masses. So here is a short list of POS's in Syndicate of the infamous Goons, which he gave me a few weeks ago. Not every POS on the list might sit on a R64 moon but there is decent stuff on it.
Get a siphon & rob the Goons!

Be a part of the movement. Grab a mobile siphon and take it from the Goons or any other coalition you bear a grudge.

Question, these things cost like 35m, how much return do you get from one of these or is it just a griefers tool?

That depends on the grade of moon and how actively it is watched. If it's checked more than once a day it's not worth to try if they come by just to refuel and empty the silos ... $.
