Plex for Good Alternative Donation

Hey, first time poster to the Features and Ideas forum.

Just had the idea occur to me, why not accept isk donations to the CCP Plex for GOOD character as well as Plex. Once enough isk is received, buy a plex off one of the main market hubs? This would allow for newer/poorer members of the community to contribute in a way they can.

I myself have already given a plex and am grinding caldari faction warfare front for isk to purchase another, I just thought that this idea might help the effort as a whole to allow for isk donations toward the purchase of additional plex from the community.

Just trying to help this effort get on its feet and thought I'd throw my .02 and a plex at the issue. Additional thoughts/ideas welcome.

+1 space poor dudes should be able to donate even if they can't afford a whole plex.

Everyone in eve is so wary of scams. People would be much more inclined to donate if they were donating directly to a CCP toon.

We know. OP is asking for X you are suggesting that Y is the same as X - it is not. People should be able to donate isk to a CCP toon.

This was my idea, not that don't want to support a player initiative to help via their own means, I was just thinking of suggesting that CCP take part in this course of action as well.

how about preset "charity" tokens no real value but you BUY them from npc market ( think AUR / NEX tokens) which are stack-able or accumulative into a single pool (like aur/nex) but when people look at your info you can see their "charity"
ie. [Charity: 123,456] so you can flex that charitable E-peen ( a little like the WANTED tag on the portraits )

or perhaps a charitable title based on your "contribution" like FW titles.

the above token -> accumulative points system could also be implemented for paying for the Real world EVE events and such too
