Aurum Handout from EVE IS REAL Promotional

As most of you know CCP made a huge deal out of the EVE is REAL promotional. There was several tiers and each time a tier was unlocked all active subs would get a given ammount of aurum.

Well I was for whatever reason not included the after the first tier was unlocked. I did not get my aurum handout... Can somebody fill me in on what the deal is with this?

I think the third tier was sapposed to give everybody 1200 aurum. What happen?

My total sum is currently 5500 AUR, just as a reference.

5500 AUR here too, btw why in the world is this in new citizens Q&A?

*Was your account active at that time. Also only the toon on your acount with the highest SP got the AUR, so don't check this alt but check your main*
