POCO's in lowsec at least are exiting reinforcement at 90% shields. They also display 'anchored' beneath them, which they do not normally do. We are currently seeing if they end up getting reinforced when you bring it back down below 25% again.

And they do. POCO's are currently unkillable in lowsec.

Then I don't know what the heck is going on, 'cause when I start my EVE launcher, alle I get is *Status unknow*. Did something change from last night? I've been on after the Rubicon update, so I'm lost...

Cannot reload interdictors bubble launcher without depleting all the bubbles. Don't know if this is a bug but should be able to reload the clip when you want not when you run out.

EDIT: NOT A BUG..... Is due to having a full bubble launcher of 10 and now only being able to hold 3 after the patch.

Earlier today everything was working fine but my laptop ran out of power and when I restarted it and went back on eve i got no character select just a black screen. No problems with getting onto singularity however and it does also seem that TQ is loading faster then singularity like it isn't authenticating properly. Repair tool and laptop restart haven't helped.

Also getting the same problem when logging onto my alt

There are several issues with the sound and camera effects:

1) The camera does not stay at the same zoom level after a jump through a gate/wh.
2) As a result, the cacophony of the engine sounds is amplified too much for those of us running either multiple clients or trying to pay attention to wh jumps.
3) I may be mistaken but I've observed this twice already: There does not appear to be a sound generated when someone else jumps through WH you're watching. I heard a "thump" noise and that was the guy decloaking AFTER he had jumped through.
4) WHs generate random noises when nothing is happening to them. For example, while watching a WH, it made the "decrease in size" sound but no one had gone through to generate the sound.

I hope none of these are intentional because they are annoying and game changing...

the sound is there it's just turned ridiculously low (most of us can only barely hear it if we max the volume settings). not sure if ccp is giving a hoot about this as they have not afaik responded to any of the posts about it nor placed it in their list of things needed fixing in the 2nd post on this thread.

CCP ive been a regular customer for almost 4 years here everyday all day long on Multiple Accounts ... sad to say but your about to lose a customer here ....i pay to play not to sit and try to fix crap you guys broke

i have tried to reset my cache, my display driver is current, and ive attempted to repair the client, alas, I am still getting black thumbnails, does anybody have anymore suggestions?

    My client is crashing pretty frequently; I get the message "CCP ExeFile has stopped working." I never had an issue before the Rubicon update.

    I am using Windows 8 Version 6.2.9200. I haven't changed any Direct X settings.

    Have cleared the cache but this did not clear up the issue.

    If more information is needed please let me know what it is and where to find it.

    The launcher says OFFLINE MODE no matter what I do. The server appears to be up.

    Edit: Running "repair" like 5 times fixed it.

    In all the time I have played Eve, I have never had a disconnect, that is until Rubicon, now I get at least one per session.

    This is game breaking, and needs to be fixed as a matter of urgency.

    My Battleship warping more slowly is simply an adjustment in the game, not one I particularly like, but there you go.

    Not being able to play the darned game, is just not on really.

    Do CCP reimburse ships lost to a disconnect, or does it tend to be a case of the famous CCP, "our logs show nothing"?

    I did fill a bug report on a very badly placed grid change. Or to put it otherwise: people can probably intentionally place a POCO near to grid change.

    Maybe would be good if the customers office location can't be changed (like POS). So when you anchor your structures it snaps to anchoring position to ensure grid around it is qually placed? I can only imagine the mechanics.
