I sent isk and account info to a toon who somehow I received a notification for, problem is that it was the 8th of November and i sent it yesterday, I already petitioned ccp, what's the next step?

I post here because I bought it in this thread, character bazaar, and if in wrong, where should I place this question on forum

I would like my 8b isk back please ccp
