All Minmatar chars must have the following skills :

Arrow Minmatar frigate , cruiser, BS to lvl5

Arrow Small, medium, large projectile to lvl5 (specializations not important)

ArrowTanking skill to 5 (some can be at 4) - both armor and shield


Optional Skills:
AttentionTorpedoes lvl5

AttentionNav skill at least at 4


The above skills with Arrow are mandatory.

I will pay up to 300isk/SP for the perfect toon that i'm looking for. No more ! And for 300isk/SP it must be a perfect toon.

All minmatar related skills as maxed as possible. Caps are a plus but not required.
Bugdet is 15-20bil and can be extended for nice chars.
Please post your offers here or send me an evemail .
Silly named chars will be looked at but the price will go down !


PS : All CCP rules must apply.
Toon must be in NPC corp
Toon must have positive wallet
Toons with negative standings will have prices droped for this.

By that i mean L0v3rB0y or hater or ... you get the picture. I need to like the new name of the char that i'm going to use. Can't use some char that in some language means "****" or "crap" or some other nasty word.

super mach, vindi, NM etc and would be easily put into t3 or carriers

If SP is that much of an concern to you, you should hold your breath for Redbad. I wouldn't though.

Missiles are hardly ideal with Minmatar. If I was focused on Caldari, I'd agree with you. As for drones, handy but not critical.

Nav skills? I got them all.... ?

i have 2 chars lined up so far.
i give myself 3 more days to find a decent , honest, good looking toon.
