WEll... I just see that Goonswarm and its friends are only ones benefitting from the poco:s. and i quess it was their idea at the start anyways.

Prior to Rubicon, Interbus custom's offices charged you 17% tax. Post Rubicon, RvBee's POCOs charge you 15% (10% if you train a skill).

Tell me again how RvBee are the "only ones benefitting from the poco:s"?

Well... for starters they will be getting all the taxes. prior to rubicon.. hisec tax wasn't 17%.. it was 10% and as they take all the pocos of hisec.. well.. i don't see much difference then for to npc control except tax is then 15% minimum

The High sec player mindest is a wonderful ting to behold.

So Goons and RvB (a high sec group themselves lol) make a pact and go get them some High Sec poco isk. The rest of the high sec people (playing the same exact game where guns are not only plentiful) see this and get mad.

High Sec player response: "This is wrong, I'm going to go to the forums and write a strongly worded letter, complete with snark and sarcasm! Not only will this make CCP have a change of heart, it will make the evil cartels feel shame and make them stop doing these kinds of things!".

I guess it's called High Sec because "Impotent Space" sounds slightly wrong....

well.. hard to find crazys that aren't yet aligned on your side.. and would take odds against goons. hisec pirates? most of them barely goes against targets they are sure to win. hisec miners? yea right... nullsec alliances? don't have contacts there nor would they risk their empires for such move most likely. especially when one forming of it is just person you call "hisec dweller".

Reports... seems like i don't need them anymore. flying past few systems and what i see is red federation for example... friends of goons. have yet to find owner that i know is not friend of goons.

There are plenty of spots within spitting distance of Jita that are still up for grabs or have been grabbed by other entitites, you can always try and take their toys away... and as always anyone is welcome to try and take our POCO's... we're always up for a good fight and if you cant field the numbers ask the FC to ship down... we'll accommodate where we can :)
