ISK: There are just 2 types of players on this game

Type A: this player craves ISK. Everything is translated to ISK/hour. No good ISK/hour, no party. This player is usually rich in terms of ISK but in fact is poor, a very poor man. He often creates tons of accounts to generate more and more ISK to "win" the game. He usually pays by PLEX so the worst nightmare is to find out that one of the accounts is not generating more than 610m ISK on a monthly basis: The ISK obsession has turned EVE into a second job.

Type B: this player craves fun. Who cares about ISK? Yes it is nice to earn internet spaceship currency to buy stuff, but the main point of EVE is having fun and not logging in as a must to work for said virtual currency. He usually pays by cash and sometimes even buy a GTC to get ingame ISK without the grinding hassle. This player is sometimes poor talking about ISK but is a richer player as he actually enjoys the game.

There is no "C" type. You are either A or B. And you know it P

C type is me. You need a bad guy like me. You need people like me so you can point your fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie. Me, I don't have that problem. Me, I always tell the truth. Even when I lie. So say good night to the bad guy! Come on. The last time you gonna see a bad guy like this again, let me tell you. Come on. Make way for the bad guy. There's a bad guy comin' through! Better get outta his way!

Their are 2 types of posters.

Type A: This player craves attention. Everything is translated into like/hour. No good likes/hour, no party. They tend to generalize that anyone who uses plex to buy game time is somehow doing it wrong and that they are brilliant because they pay real life money to get GTCs to get ingame isk, not even realizing how incredibly dumb it is to look down on the people create the PLEx market.... Their worst nightmare is running out of hot pockets and having to actually expend calories to go buy more rather than being able to sit at home in front of a computer and imagine they are somehow superior.

Type B: The people who read Type A posts and feel pity for Type A's parents.

You have also forgotten type D, the person who's waiting for skill to finish training and is grinding ISK to get the shiny new ships that you're unlocking.

I believe I fit in your B category. My wallet never flashes and is usually rather low. Given that I am always having a damn good time when I'm logged in. I would say I never have more than 3-4 ships at a time and only buy new ones if my current toys blow up.

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.

I thought it was people who get shot, and those that shoot.

,but way to over-complicate that op.

Not true. When I have a large project, liek buyign a faction Battleship, I buy a plex to sell on market. When I have no targets to look for on my timeone, I run some missions with my alt to make some isk, but do it in the msot efficient way as possible.

Basically there is this C type: Do whatever is most efficient for your current target.

I would suppose I am Type B, although few who ever deal with me could call it "fun".

I also can't help but give away this play money. Don't get me wrong, I still do acceptably well for myself, but I tend to help a brother out far more than I really need or ought to.

C type

Well hung gentlebeast whose sole purpose for existing is to accumulate clout by diverse means, no particular end game goal other than focusing on creating a central bank that controls the universes currency and credit supply, with said ability will be able to start a secret society that offers unlimited credit to fellow members. These members will then buy out the competition, and all of the good lands. Anyone who doesn't sell out or join us; will be eliminated from EvE by any means possible.

Was gonna say same. I'm a sucker for the easy come easy go mindset i guesse, giggling like a child as i lose a bil of t3 :D And i often guilt myself into buying a proper ship for people who have just lost badly in pvp.

Eve's like that though, split personalities all over the show :)

Guess you wanted to say "people with loaded guns and those who dig"

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

There are just 10 types of people. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
