No we don't. We roll a 8 sided dice. On the 8 sided dice are "armageddon". "cloak". "taranis". "write mynnna a whingy mail". "sperg on alliance mail", "take all their sigs when they are sleeping", "logoffski or dockup" and "I'm a renter I can't count past 7 anyway".

In any case if you didn't notice, RvB is a combat organisation, and this is plainly not a rental agreement, this is plainly a negotiated profit sharing agreement. CFC gets a permanent highsec force located near the assets, and RvB gets a numbers boost if needed to deal with a large scale threat, as well as halving the potential large scale threats, and due to the way that null is currently aligned a large scale threat, would almost certainly free up the CFC to deploy to counter.

ie the whole point to EVE is exactly what you see there. People arranging the strategic game to profit. That you are bitter about it is hilarious.

Um... The Goons are largely credited with heavy advocation for the nerfing of tech themselves, you know that right?

Also, I can't believe no one jumped on me for the JFK reference... it was both offensive and topical, given that Friday is the 50th anniversary of his death. Come on ya'll.

Lets do some simply Math.

They do it because even if used with 100% tax it would take years for the POCO to pay for itself, highsec PI being crappy as it is, and people are just placing POCOs because its cool?

Literally, i've seen many arguements today about two corps fighting over a POCO, one saying that he did more damage to the interbus POCO, while the other said he saw it first or something. Really? I'll make more profit doing PI off a planet another corp planted a POCO on than planting my own POCO and setting tax to 0% for myself.

Seriously folks, the reason this works is because Goons and RvB don't want the same thing. RvB wants to have fun blowing each other up. Goons want complete world domination or something along those lines. The goons aren't going to stop us from blowing each other up, we aren't going to stop their world domination (that's N3's job right?) so working together makes sense.


If you are that concerned about goons, I recommend joining N3 or some other such entity and join their struggle vs goons. Or heck, stop worrying about it and go about your business. Or even better, stop worrying period and join RvB! Pew pew pew!
