This may be a foolish question,

I am fairly new to Eve and joined a Corporation which has been attacked by another Corporation. I understand the situation regarding war, but the main opponent has sat himself outside the station I'm docked at and seems happy with being out there for 10+ hours a day. As a newer player, I don't have the skills or ships to escape from a one to two shot kill. Any suggestions?

Set your medical clone to another station. Let them kill your pod. You will wake up in a new clone, hopefully far away.

Look into getting Jump Clones later, which will allow you to do this without killing yourself.

Just get a shuttle or even a pod and instawarp to object straight towards you. Should be an instant warp and you are outta' there. But if you cant afford to buy a new ship somewhere else thats a problem. Try on contacts to someone to haul it for you by item courier. Eve is a bad land. If you want i can help you out financially tough. Just warp away and i can loan you some money to buy a new barge.

undock in a shuttle or pod and warp away before he can lock you.

In future (as in, when the undock isn't camped) undock a fast ship and burn a few hundred KM in a straight line from the undock. Bookmark this location, then next time you undock into a camp you can just select it and insta-warp there in virtually any ship.

Abdiel Kavash, thanks that actually answers my curiosity on what the difference between jump clones and medical clones was. And thanks Magetus but a Corp member sent me some capital to make up for my loses.

Also, you are in a corporation for a reason. Ask your corpmates to come help you, even if they can't kill the enemy they can spook him off for long enough for you to get out. If they aren't willing to help you out, consider joining another corporation. Corps in EVE are more than just a shared chat channel, if a corp isn't willing to care for its members they're doing it wrong.

They are doing what they can. Sadly the Corp itself was fairly new as well, and have lost a lot of resources in this.
