since Rubicon, i encounter big lag all over the game whatever the graphic settings on my laptop

this happen in DX11 + fullscreen

tested DX 9 fixed window / fullscreen + DX11 fixed window, it's OK

i post here since trying to bug report give error 500 since yesterday

below are pics of fps monitor for each usecase

all those were recorded doing the same thing: sitting in hangar
