ISIS-like Skill Tree and IP Tree

Just want to preface this with "I love ISIS!"

Something similar, listing all the skills and pre-requisites would be great, and something similar listing the PI progression would be cool too.

yeah it would be nice if when you click on the ship in the tree and there was a skills tab. Click that skills tab and that ship tree changes to the ship skill requirements. seeing that work for the certificates would be cool too.
