Oh man, I already took out my meat arm to be able to fit my cyber arm borg of doom... But it is not there!!

If you've activated the mystery code it should be in your redeemable items. No new vouchers are going to be sent for it.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

It doesn't appear to be showing up in redeemable items either.

So, I go to the voucher center, and then I click the empty white space? Or the other empty white space? I mean, which empty white space do I click?

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
