Marauders in Bastion Mode vs Target Spectrum Breaker

So I'm curious when a Marauder now activates the new Bastion Module and thereby becomes EWAR immune, can the Marauders target then counter with a Target Spectrum Breaker to disrupt target lock? Or is the Bastion Marauder immune to even this?
