Rubicon started downloading then I get a error message on screen. I tried to run the repair and that fails on both of my computers... I am now left with two computers with massive amounts of wasted hdd space. Why is it failing so bad?

Delete the launcher update folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher\appdata\

Detele the folder: EVE_Online_Launcher-2.1.643940.win32

I did this and it failed.

So then I did it again, and before opening the launcher, I ran the repair, then opened the launcher and it appears to be fixed now.

Server is in VIP Mode, so not sure about the client, I did try opening it, and got a black screen, however moving the mouse around did change the cursor style, so I reckon this might be a graphics driver issue, and unrelated to the above problem.
